EDI Policy

At Money Back Helper, we are committed to fostering a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion. We strive to promote fair treatment and opportunity for all individuals across the organization regardless of age, disability, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation or other protected traits.

Our goal is to cultivate an environment where people feel valued, respected and able to achieve their full potential. This enhances business performance through embracing diverse perspectives, as well as being the socially responsible approach aligned with our organizational values.

Key elements of our EDI program include:

  • Annual equality, diversity and inclusion training for all employees and leadership to continually develop awareness and cultural competency.
  • Regular internal audits and external reviews of our EDI practices, policies and procedures to ensure best practices are maintained across recruitment, professional development, compensation, benefits, work-life balance programs and all other relevant areas.
  • Maintaining an Employee Resource Group open to all staff focused on building connections, community education, mentoring and providing input on company inclusion initiatives and opportunities.
  • Clearly defined reporting procedures and non-retaliation protections for any employee or candidate wishing to report suspected discriminatory acts or policy violations. Issues will be promptly and thoroughly investigated.
  • Active, thoughtful review of third party relationships including suppliers, partners and corporate social responsibility support to confirm alignment with our diversity standards and ethical business practices.

We request employees, candidates, clients and partners join us to advance equal opportunity for all groups. Suggestions to strengthen our inclusion efforts are encouraged and welcomed.
